Connect & Engage at the Nexus Conference

June 8 & 9, 2022

Use your time outside your sessions to make connections! Meet with industry leaders at the trade show, learn about innovative research and projects at the poster showcase, and join other professionals in our themed networking rooms.

Join a themed networking room

One of the strengths of APEGA’s Nexus conference has always been the opportunity for members to network with fellow professionals and make new connections.

With virtual networking eliminating the limitations of location, professionals from across the province can participate in this conference—meaning you’ll be able to connect with a broader roster of new and seasoned professional engineers and geoscientists.

You will be able to join others in a variety of themed networking rooms to discuss specific topics, industries, or disciplines. The themes and schedule will be announced closer to the date of the conference, so check back to learn more.

Check out the poster showcase

The APEGA Nexus Conference will feature poster sessions that highlight academic and industry research, development, and innovative engineering and geoscience projects.

Not only can you explore the innovative work and discoveries of your peers and academic researchers, you can also share your work. If you have completed a project or developed processes, technology, or research that you want to share, we invite you to submit an abstract.

Poster sessions will be 15-minute pre-recorded presentations. A speaker bio and resources such as PDFs and URLs can also be included.
