APEGA Gender Pay Equity 2014–2023

This session presents the 2023 findings of a robust gender pay equity survey conducted over a ten-year period (2014–2023). As part of a grant project dedicated to identifying and addressing barriers women in the professions face, APEGA contracted an external research company to analyze compensation trends within APEGA’s Salary Survey data. This presentation will share details from the analysis and the impact of factors such as years of experience, industry, and more on compensation.
