Reaching a Mutual Agreement

As a species we are, in many cases, hard-wired to respond to specific stimuli. Knowing what those triggers are allows the successful influencer to move people down the path towards voluntary compliance. This session will provide insights into how the influencer can use these concepts to influence behaviours in others—not manipulate, but rather influence.
This presentation will provide:
- an understanding of the differences between influence and manipulation
- strategies for the application of influence and getting people to comply
- a series of real-life examples to illustrate the application of influence
